MOBILITY SCOOTER LEASE AGREEMENT

This Mobility Scooter Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between “Get you Mobile”, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor," and the undersigned customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee."

1. MOBILITY SCOOTER DESCRIPTION:

• Lessor      agrees to lease to Lessee and Lessee agrees to lease from Lessor the following mobility scooter:

  • Serial Number:                                                                            
  • Colour:                                                       

2. LEASE PERIOD:

• The      lease term will commence on [Start Date]__________ and will terminate on      [End Date]__________, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this      Agreement.

3. RENTAL FEE:

• Lessee      agrees to pay the rental fee of [Amount]£______ per [Day/Week/Month],      payable in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• Lessee      agrees to provide a security deposit of [Amount]£_____ upon signing this      Agreement. The security deposit will be refunded to Lessee within 5      working days after the return of the mobility scooter, subject to any      deductions for damages or outstanding fees.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF LESSEE:

• Lessee      is responsible for the proper use and care of the mobility scooter.
• Lessee      must report any damage or malfunction immediately to Lessor.
• Lessee      is responsible for any repair costs resulting from damage caused by misuse      or negligence.

6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

• Lessor      will cover routine maintenance costs. Lessee must obtain prior approval      from Lessor for any repairs.
• Lessee      is responsible for the cost of repairs due to misuse or negligence.

7. INSURANCE:

• Lessee      is responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage for the      mobility scooter during the lease term.

8. TERMINATION:

• Either      party may terminate this Agreement with written notice 3 days in advance.
• Lessor      may terminate this Agreement immediately if Lessee breaches any terms.

9. MISCELLANEOUS:

• Any      amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both      parties.
• This      Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Mobility Scooter Lease Agreement as of the Effective Date.
